Legal basis
Processing of your data is based on your consent (contact form), performance of a contract (active customers) and our legitimate interests (security, service improvement).
Data retention
Contact data is retained for 3 years from the last contact. Usage data is retained for 12 months. Telephony data is retained according to settings configured by each customer.

Data is hosted in Europe. No transfers to third countries are made without appropriate safeguards.

Terms of Service
Access to the service
Access to CX-Engine services is subject to acceptance of these terms and to an active subscription. Services are available to businesses and professionals only.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed. Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Customer obligations
- Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to access data belonging to other customers
- Notify CX-Engine of any security incident as soon as possible
- Obtain the necessary consents for the processing of telephony data
Service availability
CX-Engine commits to maintaining 99.9% availability on a monthly basis, excluding planned maintenance. In the event of a breach, service credits may be granted according to the terms of the contract.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the CX-Engine services belong exclusively to CX-Engine Limited. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.
Limitation of liability
CX-Engine's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid over the previous 12 months. CX-Engine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
